Today’s practice will add three more poses to our flow and a block or firm pillow is optional but could be helpful.
We’ll explore Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana), and Wide Legged Forward Fold (Prasarita).
Don’t worry…I got you covered with modifications so you don’t go upside down. ????

Feeling fidgety and need to release excess energy?
Got ants in your pants?
But you want and need to settle down to feel calmer… …in body and in mind?
Whether it’s due to stress, anxiety, or simply having too much pent-up energy, that restlessness can make it difficult to focus, relax, or get comfortable.
If you’re experiencing these symptoms, you might feel like you have “ants in your pants.” However, it’s important to find healthy ways to channel that excess energy and settle down in body and mind. Fortunately, yoga offers a powerful solution.
In just 27 minutes, you can move your body and ignite your strength using your excess energy to your advantage. By moving through a series of energizing yoga poses, your heart rate will increase, generating a release that can help push out the excess energy.
As you breathe deeply and focus on your movements, you’ll feel a sense of calm and grounding wash over you. By the end of the practice, you’ll feel more centered, balanced, and connected to your body and mind.
