Are your shoulders rounded & causing pain?

Feeling closed off physically and emotionally?

Need to open your body and mind?
But want to do so in a safe, gentle way?

When the world feels heavy on our shoulders we tend to move inward and close off.
This can cause our posture to become hunched or rounded with the shoulders and chest pulled inward.

Not only can this lead to a feeling of tightness or constriction in the chest and make breathing difficult, but it can close us off emotionally as well.

Being closed off means you feel guarded or resistant to vulnerability and emotional expression. It can manifest as an unwillingness to open up to others, to be defensive or reactive, or to avoid situations that could trigger emotional discomfort.

Both physical and emotional closure can be interconnected and impact overall well-being.

I invite you to roll out your mat, grab a tennis ball and some blocks or pillows and let’s encourage some compassion, receptivity, and openness to come to the surface.

Unlock tight chest muscles and experience a deep release with this chest opening yoga practice.

Focus on expanding your heart center through gentle, yet intentional postures that encourage relaxation and release through stillness in the poses and feel the tension melt away.

What you’ll experience:

🌸 Expansion of the chest and heart area, improving posture and breathing.
🌸 Creation emotional openness, receptivity and vulnerability.
🌸 Increases compassion for yourself & others.
🌸 Time to be still, relax, and release tension.
