This past winter, I was in New Jersey spending time with family but didn’t want to stop producing videos…

The lighting isn’t ideal; but you can see me clearly. The walls aren’t beautiful; but you can find beauty in the flow.
I did what I could with what I had.
A space, my mat, my blocks, and my socks. (It was cold, ya’ll!)
And honestly, that’s all we really need to have a fulfilling yoga practice. 💜
