It’s been a while since we’ve been together on the mat with a new video. As you may have seen in some of my social media posts, I’ve been working on an online yoga project and in order to make it the very best for you, all my attention and energy has been going into that. This go-to yoga flow for low back pain focuses on both stretching and strengthening for a happier low back. Perfect for when you wake up with an unhappy low back or had a long day that ended with low back discomfort.
