This explores playing between easy & hard and finding your greatest potential. Notice what your mind thinks compared to what your body can do. The saying “Mind Over Matter” applies here.
Do your best not push beyond what you can handle, instead, bring yourself right up to it and take notice of what comes up emotionally and mentally.
Come back to this practice often to see how your boundaries change over time.

Stress and anxiety have the ability to overwhelm and paralyze us from the life we want to live. When we’re in these states of overwhelm, using affirmations will help support your inner monologue to release the binds of these crippling thoughts. Come back to this meditation as often as you need to whenever your stress or anxiety creeps up on you for a mind shift.
When we feel devastated and discouraged by a health issue, it can be challenging to stay in a positive mindset. With just a few minutes of refocused energy and intention, we can refresh our mindset to encourage healing and wellness. Our minds are more powerful than we often think!
