When we’re in these states of overwhelm, using affirmations will help support your inner monologue to release the binds of these crippling thoughts. Come back to this meditation as often as you need to whenever your stress or anxiety creeps up on you for a mind shift.
When we feel devastated and discouraged by a health issue, it can be challenging to stay in a positive mindset. With just a few minutes of refocused energy and intention, we can refresh our mindset to encourage healing and wellness. Our minds are more powerful than we often think!
