This 4 minute meditation will guide you through affirmations to help you channel gratitude for the things in life we tend to take for granted but that are special.

Affirmations in this meditation:

  • I am thankful for everything my body does for me.
  • I am grateful and thankful for the small pleasures life provides.
  • I am thankful for every loving interaction however small.
  • I am thankful for the support I am constantly being given by life.
  • I am grateful for each and every day.
