This 12-class challenge is designed to help you build physical and mental stamina without wrecking your body in the process. We’ll start small with a 10-minute flow and gradually work our way up to 60 minutes, adding just 5 minutes each time. Think of it as a slow climb that gets you stronger, more mobile, and more focused—without the crash at the end.

You’ll build muscle, endurance, flexibility, and mental focus—all at a pace that actually feels doable. And here’s the best part: you can repeat any class as many times as you need. This isn’t about rushing through; it’s about building consistency and confidence in your practice.
